The Mazzer Major Automatic grinder with flat blades is suitable for medium/high consumption. This unit can be used in a café consuming 10-15kg per week as a main grinder or a very strong and consistent second grinder. It includes stepless micrometrical grinding adjustment ensuring easy and consistent adjustments to grind size. The dosing chamber is large enabling the user to grind 10-15 shots at one time to assist with speed of production. The Major also adds the ventilation device with electronic control to keep the motor cool.
