Baristas have full control of the machine thanks to a TFT display. Baristas can set and monitor shot time, brewing temperature, group temperature, boiler pressure, extra pre-infusion and energy saving. The Push&Pull lever system lets the barista obtain steam in a quick and safe way.

The new cool touch wand installed on the VA358 White Eagle is always cold, even when delivering steam. It eliminates any risk of scalding for the barista and facilitate cleaning operations due to a lack of milk encrusting.

The Easycream technology allows each barista to create creamy cappuccinos and excellent flat white every and each time.

T3 technology ensures maximum temperature stability of the espresso machine. The quality of a good espresso comes through a correct extraction water temperature. Baristas can interact with the customers thanks to the machine’s new low profile. Operation has been simplified with just three buttons (short, long and manual) above the group head.
